Today, after our 26th Anniversary: We our renting homes faster then we can add them to our inventory!  From over 160 websites to yard signage to our unique ability to cost effectively make homes "clean and ready to rent," we have achieved many of the goals we set and our client's desire. Initially, many of our Landlords came to us because of our price structure and found over time we are a very cost effective security blanket. Our standard 80% Leasing Fee and 8% Management Fees are very low compared to some companies.  We match our great effort and rates with a ZERO upfront listing cost. That's right ZERO! We get paid to perform - not talk about it!

JS&A is a family owned and operated company whose roots to our community go back  four decades when our family moved from Wilmington, Delaware to Georgia. We go back far enough in the Metro Atlanta  area to remember that I-285 was a four lane road, I-75 did not cross over lake Allatoona - it detoured north on Highway 41 all the way to Cartersville. Walton, Lassiter & Kell High Schools didn't exist and Wheeler, where John graduated, was a "Football School," and Georgia State where he also graduated was not...
